My approach

Therapy is not one size fits all. I use an eclectic approach to address my client's needs, which means my work is tailored to each individual. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), guided by a trauma-informed lens.
